RSVPing on Facebook does NOT make you registered!!

What Will We Do?
If you’ve been to Spring Retreat before, this will be similar to previous years… and different!  This will be more similar to Fall Retreat, with times to worship, pray, hear from different speakers, and attend workshops to grow in your faith.  There will be plenty of time to connect with other people too.  This camp has a TON of things to do during free time: canoeing, paddleboats, rowboats, kayaks, basketball court (indoor/outdoor), volleyball court, frisbee golf, mini golf, hiking trails, obstacle course, skate park, sports fields, and a game room with ping pong, billiards, foosball, and carpet ball.

Details.  April 20th-22nd, 2012 at Spencer Lake Christian Center, N1385 Cty Hwy E, Waupaca, WI 54981.    Plan to arrive 6:00-6:15pm on the 20th to check in.  You will receive more info about carpooling next week.  We will be finished and leaving the campground before 1:00pm on the 22nd.  If you have any special circumstances, please indicate so on your registration form and we will try to accommodate you.

Cost/Payment.  The cost is $45 + $5 late fee ($50 total), which includes breakfast-lunch-dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday (dinner on Friday and lunch on Sunday are on your own).  If you need the camp to provide bedding, towels, and soap, it is $8 extra ($58 total).  Please pay in cash or check payable to Cru.  Please give your money to Alesha Roth or Jonathan Carlson at Cru Live on Thursday.

The Annual Talent Show is happening!  This year it is a 90s Theme.  Get your best stuff together to show off your talent, or lack thereof!  :)  This year there will be 3 minute time slots.  Each person will only be able to sign up for 1 piece in the talent show, regardless of whether it’s a group or individual piece (so if you’re signed up to perform in a time slot–whether it’s a group or individual piece–you cannot sign up for another slot–whether it’s a group or individual piece), UNTIL after dinner on Saturday, so that everyone has a fair chance to sign up and be a part of the talent show.  After dinner, the remaining open slots are fair game :)
